General Administrative
Order 1998-2 dated Dec 22, 1998
requires all regulated utility companies in the state of Indiana to publish
their current tariffs (rates) on their web sites, and the order encourages
all non-regulated utilities to do the same.
In voluntary
compliance with that order Jay County REMC
has posted its tariffs at this site.
