If your service is disconnected for non-payment, a returned payment, or failure to return a membership form you will need to make a payment in the office Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm in order to have your service reconnected. Reconnects for these above mentioned reasons will not happen during non-business hours.

This procedure change does not affect restoration efforts due to storms or other conditions that may cause a power outage.  If you have a power outage please contact our office at 260-726-7121 or 800-835-7362.
